About Garrett Engineering

Garrett Engineering, LLC is a civil engineering and land surveying firm based in Buffalo, Missouri, providing practical infrastructure and surveying services to municipalities, developers, and private clients throughout the state. Since its founding, the firm has grown into a trusted partner known for quality work and community-focused solutions.

Garrett Engineering is led by David Garrett, P.E., CFM, with experience in municipal infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, and rural community projects. The firm combines licensed engineering oversight with in-house surveying expertise to deliver coordinated project execution from planning through construction.

Our Approach

Garrett Engineering understands the administrative and financial constraints faced by small and mid-sized Missouri communities. Our team develops phased, funding-aligned project strategies and prepares CDBG-compliant Preliminary Engineering Reports when applicable.

We coordinate with regional councils of government, including SCOCOG, and support clients through design, bidding, and construction phases.
